Biography

Previously worked as a surveyor and civil engineer on construction projects before undertaking the combined Science–Law course at Monash Univ in the 1970s and has since been awarded LL M & MSc degrees from the University of Melbourne. His 2003 PhD thesis investigated part parcel adverse possession of registered title land and utilised the cross disciplines of law and land administration.
